Check out openadaptor.org . It is an enterprise app integration toolkit. It comes w
adaptors for most enterprise systems. You would have to wrap your adaptor in something
that Apache SOAP can work with.
We are currently working out a Web services solution using openadaptor and Apache
SOAP. Feel free to contact me if you end ud using it and would like to bounce the
ideas.
