"Offline" Generic SOAP client

hi,

I am looking for an "Offline" Generic SOAP client that is able to work
against
WSDL files.

I should work similar to the SOAPCLIENT.COM tool.

But I need an offline-version (local on my laptop) for testing without an
internet connection.
