Is DB2 a must for Private UDDI Registry

Do anyone have an idea about WSTK. 

Am using WSTK version 2.4 from IBM. 

Is DB2 a must to implement the private UDDI registry, 

and whether this WSTK - 2.4 supports the access of Private UDDI.
