I am running a soap service on a Tomcat server (using the rpcrpouter servlet). After servicing a client request, Tomcat keeps the socket open for 3 - 4 mins before closing it. As a result the machine is running out of sockets when the volume is high.
Is there a way I can specify a shorter socket timeout for Tomcat / Soap . Thanks Vasu
