A good place to ask very specific interop questions is http://groups.yahoo.com/group/soapbuilders/. Many soap venders follow that list, including Microsoft and Apache. The Microsoft folks that hang out there may also have better suggestions about which Microsoft specific list may be appropriate, should that be the case. - Sam Ruby
