Yes it worked after I put soap.jar in the right place
(jarkata-tomcat-4.0.1/webapps/soap/WEB-INF/lib) following Mike's
instruction. When I had it in jakarta-tomcat-4.0.1/lib it didn't like
soap.jar in classpath.
