This may be more of a WSDL question than a SOAP
question, but maybe someone knows a good answer.

WSDL defines solicit-response and notification
operations, but no bindings for them. Apache SOAP has
no functionality to allow a web service to send a
message to a client, unless it is a response to a
previously issued request. Correct?

So can I conclude that these two types of operations,
while defined in the spec, are not implementable right
now? Has anyone done something in that direction?
