jar ur Exchange and IExchange classes using
jar cvf exchange.jar Exchange.class IExchange.class.
place exchange.jar file under  ur tomcat/lib/ directory.
restart the server and then try..hope this helps..
i faced the same problem and by doing the above procedure my
problem got solved..
