The more J2EE-ish it is, the more it should resemble the Tomcat 4 instructions (cf. http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/*checkout*/xml-soap/java/docs/install/ tomcat.html?rev=1.13). Basically, you deploy Apache SOAP as a webapp by copying soap.war into the "magic" directory.
