Hi Om, I recently wrote an Apache Soap WebService which is able to generate PDF from XML and XSL:FO input. The client is a ASP page (using VBScript). You can find the package under http://www.mymood.de/soap/soap_interop.zip
There's no description, but if you worked with SOAP, there shouldn't be a problem...
