What is this Error?

   Could someone please explain this error:

SOAPException: faultCode=SOAP-ENV:Client; msg=Parsing error, response
was:
Attribute name "SOAP.structType" must be followed by the '=' character.;
targetException=org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Attribute name
"SOAP.structType" must be followed by the '=' character.]
