Nightly builds are distributions created from the most recent revisions of all files in CVS. As such, they contain fixes and enhancements made since the last release (in this case 2.3.1), but, of course, may contain new bugs. The builds are in subdirectories of http://cvs.apache.org/dist/soap/nightly/
