Your code example is _exactly_ what I need to do. And
it worked! In my primitive type examples, I was
setting the encoding for every Parameter. Now I'm
leaving it null for all types, and calling
call.setEncodingStyleURI(Constants.NS_URI_SOAP_ENC);
directly, which seems to be working. 

Thanks alot for the help, I was really stuck.
