John,

There *used* to be a download directory containing some optional jars, including, I believe, the XMI. It seems to have disappeared when distributions were swept up in the Apache download mirrors effort. I will do some research to determine what might be done about this.

Subject: Problem with xmitoolkit

Hello,

I am new to Apache SOAP. Can someone please send me the xmitoolkit jars?

Apache SOAP's build.xml says an optional addition is the xmitoolkit at:

http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/tech/xmitoolkit

Going to that url shows that the toolkit has been moved to the Eclipse
Modeling Framework. I have looked closely at the EMF jars and cannot
find any reference to the com.ibm.xmi classes that are required by
org.apache.soap.util.xml.XMISerializer.

I would like to get hold of the "old" xmitoolkit jars. A complete build
of Apache SOAP does not seem possible without it.

Thanks for any help,

John
