SOAP2.3.1 on Tomcat 5

We are running SOAP 2.3.1 on Tomcat 4.1.27 right now. But we are 
worrying about performance issues. Heard that tomcat 5 has better 
performance. Has anyone had the experience running SOAP 2.3.1 on tomcat 5?
