Because Sun has maintained bytecode compatibility and has left even deprecated method 
calls in the library, you can also certainly use a 1.3.1 compiled binary with a 1.2.2 
JVM.  It is no easier, however, to compile Apache SOAP with 1.3.1 versus 1.2.2.  Any 
compiler 1.2 or later should work equally well (aside from bugs that compiler may 
have).

No, JDeveloper uses nativ JDK 1.3.1, 
but I need compile Apache SOAP for import into ORACLE 8.1.7 database.

Oracle JServer 8.1.7 is only 1.2....
