Thanks for the reply.

 

Currently the second "client" server  has been added without any consultancy or thought,   so I'm just trying to find out how robust soap is to multiple requests, i..e many clients to one soap server mappings.

 

I could do this myself by using 2 clients and requests from each server however I just wondered if there was an opinion here on such cases.

Or perhaps using DNS Servers to round-robin so that the next request is automatically distributed to the n+1 box in the cluster..

I have an Apache soap Application that has been working fine for the last dew years.  

 

However we have now applied load balancing to the solutuion and we are gettin alot of responses where the soap server is not available.   Does any one know how resilient this version of soap is when faced with requests from 2 different servers at the same time?

 

Any advice or opinons would be well received.
