I am confused about some of the instructions in http://ws.apache.org/soap/docs/install/ and I was hoping someone could clarify some things. Perhaps some of the problem is that I am blind and I have to listen to the pages. So I'm sorry of some of these questions are stupid.

It says if you want the examples to work, "add bsf.jar from BSF and js.jar from Rhino". But if I click on the bsf link it brings me to IBM's web site. If there's a link to download bsf.jar on the IBM page I can't find it.

It says, "To install the server-side Apache-SOAP, you need a Web application server that supports servlets and JSPs (if you want to run the admin client as well)." I'm thinking that means that both of apache-soap itself and it's admin client require something like tomcat to be installed. But even if you don't want to run the admin client, you still need tomcat.

The tomcat instructions say to edit start.sh and go to line 105. But my start.sh doesn't even have 105 lines. So I didn't edit the CLASS_PATH. I suspect that's causing me all kinds of problems. I installed tomcat 4.1 and the instructions are for tomcat 3.something.
