No, the team class is open to all EPP ships, I think. Dan Borer and Steve Patton are defining that class. Must be a long list of rules, since we have not heard from them yet. Probably locked in committee meetings ironing out the loop holes. I heard they will test the percentage of rubber in the EPP to make sure you are using the correct material.
