When you do a wet on wet seam you need to taper the glass layers at the
joint line on one side so that when the glass from the other side of the joint
overlaps it it lays in smoothly. Like the first layer is right up to the edge of the
mould the second is 2mm back the third is 2mm futher back... understand?

If you don't do this you will get the overlaping layers lifting.
