It is not just "damage producing" that will outlaw them.  We 
will keep the costs down too.  They will not be allowed, or
someone else can organize these races.  A line has to
been drawn somewhere.

You need to see them before you make that decision.  They are not what you
think they are.  I think Dan Borer had a good look at mine, maybe he can
verify this ?  They are not nearly as potentially damage producing as the
stout untapered, sign vinyl covered elevons.
