Hello HLG Contest fliers out there, you will find the current provisional F3K Rules (effective as from 1.1.2000) at: www.fai.org/aeromodelling/meetings/1999_plenag.asp Download one of the files containing Annex J. Many of us are unhappy with some portions of these rules. Keep in mind, that proposals for alterations/additions can be submitted to FAI/CIAM by your country FAI/CIAM delegates.They should know the procedure to submit your suggestions in time.(November,10,1999) These proposals will be discussed at the next CIAM Plenary Meeting (March 2000).
