I know for a fact that if the Fish and Game ever got wind of this stupid
act. That they would shut your glider site down for the entire Redtail
breeding season.
I've been thru this in the world of Professional Bass Fishing. During the
breeding season of certain raptors (changes with location) entire coves and
arms of the lakes are off limits, and enforced by the Fish and Game.
And yes I agree with everyone else that the birds were here first and we
need to respect that.
