I've been following the Supra repair thread with interest.  While I don't have one, a building trick I have used for years may help.  Instead of waxing a bolt, or using PVA, or something else that may or may not coat evenly, use a little 3 in 1 oil, or any light grade oil.  It will easily coat the threads, the excess can be wiped off easily to leave a nice, even, very thin coat, and epoxy will not stick to it.  Do your repair as usual, then give the bolt a gentle twist and it will come free.  I've used this trick for years to fix over-large joiner rod, stab pivot tube holes with baking soda/CA, and for any job where I want to get perfect alignment using a pin or something appropriate as a form.  Just coat the "form" with a thin layer of oil, make the repair, then a gentle twist frees the form from the hole.
