I like the bagging idea only because it then becomes your sailplane and no one else's. There is a pride that goes with building/bagging your own, especially in the 2M size. If you have some small issues with the bagging like pin holes or whatever, it's not that big deal.

The 2M Bird?
I throw the 'Bird in there after going to Muncie yesterday - that seemed
to be the club ship. Downside to that is that I'd really rather build
the 100" version, don't really want multiples.
Any other choices? Are Ducks much out of that range? Plan B is
bagging wings for an Allegro fuse, seems more like a longer term plan.
