Talk about a tough field of guys who can fly! 8min flights, and
5,10,15,25,50 tape for landings and a lot of roller air coming across the
field.
I flew my Pike Giant, and there were plenty of new Supras and Ageas, and
Mantis.
Pike Superior won it. I blew the third round for a minute loss
- something that you can't get away with here!
A good time had by all, topped off with news that my own clubbies cleaned
up at the Denny's DLG contest.
JW took first with perfect rounds, and local Kentucky hero Bruce Davidson took second. Newbie DLG contest guy and one of our club officers Brian took first in Sportsman! You guys coming to MidSouth will have a chance to fly with these guys for
DLG and open too.
