I purchased a used Aveox 12LMR with a Kontronics 3SL 70-6-18 ESC pre-wired from someone on this list. To that I've added a Medusa battery eliminator. I was told the motor and esc have only been used a couple of times and I feel confident the units are serviceable.
I'm using 10 1700mah Nicads with an Airtronic RD8000 and 777 receiver. I've plugged the BEC into the battery slot, the ESC plug into the throttle channel. The servos work but I get nothing out of the motor or ESC. The motor has 5 pin female plug coming out of it which I'm pretty sure is for sensors, but this is a sensorless control so nothing is hooked up to it.
Any ideas why my throttle doesn't work?
