I just wonder about running a BEC on a high amp setup, especially
something on more than 7 cells. My (limited) understanding of the BEC
tells me that you're really leaving yourself with very little in the
cells when the BEC finally shuts off the motor.

I'm not familiar with the BEC you're using in your setup, but I never
could get my Schulze controller to work without a seperate power supply.
The servos, yes - the motor, no. Anymore, I wouldn't run anything
bigger than a Speed-400 without a seperate receiver pack.

Good luck, hope you get this worked out one way or the other,

Brent
