Yipee! I just got a couple of JR's new 790 rxs from the brown truck. Very
easy to set up, PCM, and tiny with end block connectors. Just what I've been
wanting. I slapped one in my new 2 meter Duck (with conventional tail - thanks
Larry!) and will try to see if it works tomorrow. Being a JR product I'm
betting that it will work pretty well.

Those of you who are looking for a really GREAT 2 meter should get hold of
Larry Storie and get a Duck. But remember that good things are worth waiting
for, getting one between now and the Nats might be tough unless you are willing
to make it worth Larry's trouble. The Duck comes ready to pop the servos in
and fly. It's delivered the closest to finished of any plane I ever had, and
that's saying a lot. I've flown it a few times and it's a sheer joy. It even
looks funky, always an added bonus.

Those who say that 2 meters suck are missing something. They are different.
They don't have the same L/D, granted. But my unlimited ships don't have near
the roll rate of a 2 meter. The silly things are a lot of fun.

happy trails - Rob Glover
