It's just a push button connected to a servo plug -- nothing exciting.
I don't know the pinout, but there's only two possible options, and if
you have a Fusion, it'll probably tell you what it should be.

Make your own if you need it -- get a push button at Radio Shack, and
cut a servo plug off that servo you smashed last week.
