Do you folks need donations? I have a check for a $100 ready to go
if you are collecting--all I need is a name and an address.

It is a great field and it would be a shame to see it go.

Thank you very much.  So far, over the last 15 years there is over 2500 man-hours involved in saving 60 acres south.  I have been fighting the battle since 1987.

Until just last year, King county was on our side, why the switch, we really don't know.  We did exhaust every possible remedie, but the county has backed us into a corner.  The law suit was really a last ditch attempt.

If you get a chance you should read the lawsuit.  The fact section is interesting reading and not done in legalease.

Right now, I am funding the lawsuit myself.  Any donation, any at all will go into a trust account for saving 60 acres south.  The funds will only be spent on this case.

As the fight continues, I will keep the exchange informed.  There is more interest out there than I thought there would be.

Thanks again for your donation
