Polecat also has a one design plane. We will have at least 6 fun 1 and
several LEG 1 designs by next year.
We can cover NW, NE, N from two sites on the Lake and a site 20 minutes
south from downtown, S to SW. This is redundant with Malvern which is a 200 ft
bowl about 90 minutes south. So we could move to different fields depending on
the wind.
No one here fly's winch, high start stuff. BUT we could have a 2m and
unlimited electric soaring contest as a back up event if the wind
sucks. It takes no effort to put one together on short notice.
In this way we can fly at least and justify the drive. Any thoughts?
