Duly noted... We just started kicking this idea around, and the reason we chose (are leaning towards?) MOM is scheduling. We want to run NOS and Woody's on the same day, and we are concerned that we'd not get in as much flying if we didn't keep the groups running.
If we could do both event and run the Woody's in a ladder format, that might be interesting. There is still a chance we will schedule another Woody only event - depends on interest from other clubs and our own flyers, but your comment is NOT falling on deaf ears.
