It'll probably fly OK in water. In air it might have to travel a bit fast.

It reminds me of my days years ago as a very impoverished English person. A friend had a minivan and come the MoT (annual vehicle test) it was condemned when the tester put a hammer through the rusted read subframe. Not having the money to fix or replace the subframe was made good by filling it with concrete and then coating it with underseal. The friend says to me at the time "Lets see him put a hammer through *that*". Thirty years later the vehicle still exists. Concrete has its uses; I don't think its going to have much of a future as a wing core material, though.
