Hello Guys: I just got scammed for $116 by Kevin Noone, Albany - that is the name given to me! I suspect that I was the third person he scammed from conversations with him. Won an old time vintage converted free flight to RC plane with large wing and ignition engine. Sounds familar to anyone? Too late for Paypal claim - however, what the turkey doesn't know is that I used AMEX and they will not take the scam litely. Any one interested in more detail - actual emails from Ebay?
