[RCSE] Lighter Winch Line

I tried lighter winch line on my winch last Saturday.  When we had a line 
brake there was so much backlash that the line tried to destroy my winch 
brake.  There isn't anyway I would use light winch line during a two day 
contest.  Pilots need to adjust to winch line strength that is currently 
used in contests.
