Just one tip... if its obeechi covered *don't stain it* before varathaning it.
I did, and it had blochy white stuff around where the expoxy invisibly
bled through to the top layer of the wood during the bagging process.
Other than that, great plane! Very stable and predictable. Carries
a camera pretty good too.
