My son and I were both involved in the record attempt too. It was very well organized and very fun. Even if it only lasted a few minutes. I was on 50 mhz and no glitches at all. I used an old Berg. Makes me feel good knowing it operated flawlessly in this noisy enviroment.
While flying and looking down both sides of the field it was quite the site seeing all the planes in the air.
