[RCSE] Flying Stab Info?

Hi All,

I'm trying to explain how we make our full flying stabs to a friend 
and can't seem to get the idea across in terms that click.  He wants 
to make a two piece stab that can be removed for transport and then 
plugged in at the field.  Does anyone know of a website that explains 
how to do it?
