I remember Bob as the one who showed me how to cut and sheet foam wings. He
was a virtual library on the subject of building sailplanes. There were
times in my early days of flying sailplanes when I thought a wing or plane
was destined for the landfill and next thing I knew he had a planned out
repair in his head. I wished I had spent more time learning his skills. He
will be missed by many in the IMSF Club.
