I made an electric smoke system for my electric Rascal 110. I used 12v ceramic heaters in parallel that I cast into a series of chambers and a pressurized chemical mixture of two glycol's Worked great on the ground. I could fill my 150ft x 50ft court yard in about 10 sec. to were you could not see and good enough that the fire department responded twice :-). But in the air it was never enough. It would leave a trail, but could never got the output needed.
