Why worry about range with the Feather? Seems everybody agrees that the range is sort of 500-700 ft. I have an FMA Fortress micro FM, 8 channels, mine is on ch45. Weighs only 0.6 oz ( so maybe 9 gm more than the feather...will that matter in practical terms?), and has been glitch and worry free for me so far (knock on Obechi!)
