By process of elimination and "natural selection," good servos will end up
in high-performance planes. I like to fly fast, mostly slope and electric,
and I have to have the confidence that the servos will respond quickly and
accurately whenever I move the stick.

Without this confidence, I would never attempt such stunts as I did at the
recent Mid-Winter-Electrics where, with my 10-cell F5B plane, I was (with
permission of the officials, well sorta, at least... :o) making 130+ mph
runs right down the runway and head-on at a radar gun operated by a fellow
standing behind me.

No matter which servos one uses, simple checks of linkages and of smooth,
reliable operation before each flight will enhance safety and longevity of
the plane. And the better the servo, the longer it will pass these
inspections.
