Hey Guys, Just wanted to give you a heads-up on a new toy that Tom Copp has in his inventory at F3X.com. I just took delivery on a Pike Plus Lite. I was a little surprised when Tom told me the Samba company was building me a Pike Plus lite, and if I didn't want it , I didn't have to buy it. OK..... I guess, Tom what is a Pike Plus? Anyway Tom just brought it over, 126" wingspan, RG15, Longer Nose than Pike 2 plus inches, Flaps increased 1/4" in chord,Big enough V-Tail, and of course mine is Yellow and Barney.The wing is the hybrid Kevlar, Carbon fabric, I cant flex the center panel across my chest. This toy in parts no radio is 53 ounces, add about 20 for radio and red servos. I've got a feeling that this thing would make an excellent Midwest, east coast all arounder, that is light enough for average conditions and will be great in the wind. I took one look at this bad boy and wished that I had it with me last year at Long Island for the finals. Any how, it wasn't free, and Tom doesn't know I am telling the list about it, I am just pleasant surprised and thought you might like to check it out at F3X.com.
