This problem pops up now and again mostly with Futaba when using long
servo leads and a fully charged 5 cell pack. The battery voltage is fed
directly to the servos but there is some regulation into the receiver
components which results in the servo control pulses having lower voltage.
This for reasons unknown to me causes some servos to jitter and act strange.
I suspect that the noise on the control pulses is not filtered to the same
degree as when the levels are equal.
Things you can do: Add a filter system [glitch buster] to the servo leads.
Go back to 4 cells 8( Or use a regulator; Jim Oddino [EMAIL PROTECTED] -
sells a suitable regulator and if you order direct you can request custom
voltage outputs [at least a year ago you could]. I use 5.25V. If you build
your own you NEED to use a low drop out type regulator with a rating of 5A.
Good luck
