The short answer is no. To get the kind of accuracy you need for small parts like a receiver and to be able to handle a open class plane, you would spend many hundreds of dollars. What I did was buy a small gram scale capable of 1/10 gram up to 2 lbs. Then I went to the fishing tackle store and bought a digital fish scale that goes up to 15 lbs. Its good to within one once and only cost $35.
