Thought I'd step up to a molded sloper (Victor) after tooling around with my Boomerang. Now I'm presented with problems such as wings with no spars and precisely how to join the 2 wing sections. The manual merely states "sand away the paint and glass the wings together". Now there's fiberglass in the box and I assume I'm going to have to impregnate this with epoxy but which kind of epoxy and what would be the best procedure? This alone doesn't seem to be a substantial bond without a spar for strength. Also I'm to mix microballoons and epoxy to fill in the cavity I make for my hold down bolts. What is the correct formula for such a concoction? Any help at all, perhaps a website of these basics, would be greatly appreciated.
