Hi Al, The dead cell will be easy to find with the use of pins as suggested, but how do you change the cell without taking the pack apart? Take the heat shrink off, change the cell and replace the heat shrink tubing. It shrinks real easy with a hot air gun. Don't use too much heat or you will have to do it again.
