What!? Conductive goo?  Resistance will be too high and it will become an 
insulator once it dries.

Either buy them with solder tabs or solder a piece of wire to the cell, 
being careful no to overheat.  Extra soldering flux works well.  Use small 
wire without insulation if you want them to fit real tight.  Use thick CA 
or  hot glue to keep cells together.
