I had a similar experience with a replacement Renegade wing.  It took a
while, but I evenutally got it.  The good thing is, Charlie won't charge
your credit card until he actually ships you something (unlike some other
sailplane sellers I'ver heard about).

I think Charlie has gotten pretty laid in his sailplane business.  I've
noticed that he doesn't even seem to advertise his planes anymore...word of
mouth gets him as much business as he fells like taking, I guess.

Still, his planes are cool, so your best bet is to be patient.
